dressing
2 łyżki oleju z lnu
1 łyżka octu jabłkowego
3/4 łyżeczki suszonej cebuli
1 łyżeczka miodu lub syropu klonowego
sól i pieprz do smaku
W słoiczku wymieszaj wszystkie składniki dressingu.
Na talerze przełóż sałatę, potem kalarepę. Skrop dressingiem i na wierzchu posyp orzechy włoskie.

3 handfuls of lettuce mix with rocket salad (60 - 70 g)
1 kohlrabi, peeled, cut into thin bars
4 tablespoons walnuts
dressing
2 tablespoons flax oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3/4 teaspoon dried onion
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients of the dressing in a jar.
Place the lettuce, then kohlrabi on the plates. Drizzle with dressing and on the top sprinkle with walnuts.
