Karpia oczyść, umyj i osusz papierowym ręcznikiem. Pokrój na kawałki. Skrop sokiem z 1 cytryny i odstaw na godzinę.
Ziemniaki obierz, umyj, pokrój w cienkie plasterki. Cebulę obierz i pokrój w cienkie plasterki. Na dno naczynia do zapiekania wyłoż ziemniaki i cebulę. Posyp solą i pieprzem, skrop oliwą. Na ziemniaki połóż karpia, dopraw solą i pieprzem. Na wierzchu umieć plasterki cytryny. Karpia piecz 60 minut w piekarniku nagrzanym do 165 stopni Celsjusza z termoobiegiem. Przed podaniem posmaruj kawałki karpia pietruszkowym pesto.

Clean, wash and dry carp filets with a paper towel. Cut into pieces. Sprinkle with 1 lemon juice and let stand for an hour.
Peel and wash potatoes, cut into thin slices. Peel and cut onion into thin slices. Put potatoes and onions to the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil. Put the carp on potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Put lemon slices on top. Roast the carp fillets 60 minutes in an oven preheated to 165 degrees Celsius with air flow. Brush the baked carp with parsley pesto before serving.
