Moje pomysły na tabbouleh. My tabbouleh roundup.

Tabbouleh to świeża i lekka sałatka arabska, zwana również sałatką libańską. Klasyczny tabbouleh to warzywna sałatka z pomidorów i kuskusu z dodatkiem cebuli, czosnku, ogórka i czerwonej papryki.

Tabbouleh is a fresh and light salad arabic, also called Lebanese salad. The classic tabbouleh salad is prepared with tomato and couscouswith onions, garlic, cucumber and red pepper. The taste and aroma of tabbouleh salad is enriched with mint, lemon and parsley, possibly pine nuts. Instead couscous  you can use bulgur, millet. I prepare the tabbouleh with quinoa because it is gluten-free.
The salad is very refreshing and easy to digest. Confidently you have it a takeaway, because salad can be prepared a few hours earlier.
Traditionallyin Lebanon and Syria, tabbouleh is served on the leaves of romaine lettuce and decorated with lime wedges.

Below you will find my proposals of tabbouleh salad, of course gluten free.
