200 g żółtego sera, starty na dużych oczkach
12 rzodkiewek, starta na dużych oczkach
5 łyżek bezglutenowego majonezu lub cremomajo majonez wegański bez jaje
5 łyżek jogurtu greckiego
Majonez i jogurt wymieszaj razem. W misce układaj kolejno warstwami: sałata, szynka, jajka, posmaruj połową majonezu z jogurtem, szczypiorek, żółty ser, ponownie majonez z jogurtem i na końcu rzodkiewka.
Warstwowe sałatki / Layered salad
1 roman lettuce, shredded
250 - 270 g turkey ham, cut into strips
5 eggs, hard-boiled, diced
a large bunch of chives, finely chopped
200 g cheese, grated using large mesh
12 radishes, grated using large mesh
5 tablespoons gluten free mayonnaise or cremomajo vegan mayonnaise without eggs
5 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Mayonnaise and yogurt mix together. In a bowl, put in layers successively: lettuce, ham, eggs, spread with half of mayonnaise and yogurt, put chives, cheese, yogurt with mayonnaise again and finally radish.
