1 łyżeczka octu jabłkowego
sól i pieprz do smaku
Składniki dressingu połącz i wymieszaj dokładnie.
Buraczki pokrój na plasterki i na połówki. Ogórka umyj i pokrój w plasterki. Cebulę pokrój w piórka.
Wszystkie składniki sałatki wymieszaj z dressingiem. Podawaj po godzinie.

4 medium-sized beetroots, cooked
1 medium cucumber
1/2 red onion
1 tablespoon of chopped dill
1 tablespoon of chopped chives
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
dressing
2 tablespoons of flax oil
1 tablespoon of water
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Combine dressing ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Cut the beets into slices and halves. Wash cucumber and cut into slices. Slice the onion into feathers.
Mix all the salad ingredients with the dressing. Serve after an hour.
