Kalarepę obierz, zetrzyj na dużych oczkach. W misce wymieszaj kalarepę z koperkiem, szczypiorkiem i jogurtem. Dopraw solą i pieprzem do smaku. Odstaw na minimum godzinę. Potem możesz serwować.
3 kohlrabi
2 - 3 tablespoons of chopped dill
2 tablespoons of chopped chives
2 - 3 tablespoons of Greek or natural yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
Peel kohlrabi, grate on the large holes. In a bowl, mix kohlrabi with dill, chives and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Leave for at least an hour. Then you can serve.
